In 2009, Nanjing SCPOS Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. quietly took root in the ancient city of Nanjing. Back then, our dream was simple: to help neighborhood merchants manage every transaction effortlessly with a single, reliable cash register.
Over the past decade and more, from our initial exploration to becoming a trusted manufacturing partner for small and medium-sized merchants worldwide, we have witnessed the resilience and dedication of countless catering and retail businesses. To help them navigate the digital wave with confidence, we built a dedicated, detail-obsessed R&D team spanning hardware and software. Beyond manufacturing smart cash registers, thermal printers, and peripheral devices, we developed our own cash register software with native support for minority and low-resource languages — giving merchants in underserved markets, where mainstream software providers rarely go, a system that speaks their language from day one. It's a capability few manufacturers our size can offer, and one we've never stopped refining.
Today, our products reach merchants across 150 countries/regions, and our team of 6 hardware engineers, 9 software developers continues to push the boundaries of what a compact, affordable POS system can do.
